Founded by husband-and-wife bakers Rebecca and Josh, R and J Bakery is built on a shared passion for creating handcrafted pastries that make life's everyday moments a little sweeter.

Rebecca's love for baking began at a young age, inspired by countless hours spent watching cooking and baking shows on the Food Network and learning cherished family recipes alongside loved ones. Over the years, that inspiration grew into a lifelong passion, with baking becoming her favorite way to show love and care to family, friends, and her community.

Josh shares that same passion for the kitchen and is currently attending culinary school to further refine his skills and expand their creative vision. Always eager to learn, he enjoys challenging himself with new recipes and techniques, bringing creativity and craftsmanship to everything they bake.

Together, they created R and J Bakery as a Colorado cottage bakery dedicated to small-batch, freshly baked pastries made with quality ingredients and attention to detail. From buttery croissants and tender scones to crisp biscotti, soft cookies, and seasonal specialties, every item is handcrafted to bring the comfort and warmth of a favorite neighborhood bakery.

At the heart of R and J Bakery is family. Their three children love helping in the kitchen, whether they're mixing dough, decorating cookies, or simply sharing in the excitement of baking together.
