Welcome to R and J Bakery! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Cottage Food Information
R and J Bakery is a Colorado cottage bakery operating in accordance with the Colorado Cottage Foods Act. Our products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or routine inspection.
Ordering
Orders must be placed through our website or by another approved method. Orders are not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from R and J Bakery.
Payment
Payment is required at the time your order is placed unless otherwise agreed upon for approved large or special orders.
Delivery & Pickup
We offer delivery on our regularly scheduled delivery days. Large and special orders may be available on alternate dates with a minimum of two (2) days' notice and are subject to our availability. Large and special orders are currently limited to the Denver Metropolitan Area.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled delivery time. Once an order has been delivered, R and J Bakery is not responsible for products that are left unattended or improperly stored.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Once baking has begun, we may be unable to modify or cancel your order. Refunds for cancellations are issued at the sole discretion of R and J Bakery.
Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we take reasonable care during preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact with allergens.
Product Availability
Because all items are baked fresh in small batches, product availability may vary. We reserve the right to substitute or cancel items due to ingredient availability or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will contact you regarding a suitable replacement or refund.
Quality Guarantee
We take pride in providing fresh, high-quality baked goods. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the situation and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
Limitation of Liability
R and J Bakery's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or consumption of our products.
Privacy
Your personal information is used solely to process your order, communicate with you, and provide excellent customer service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Changes to These Terms
R and J Bakery reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
